Blue Stream Service – improved schedule and rotation

In January 2016, the new Blue Stream Service operated by StreamLines was introduced. The service runs for 20 weeks now, attracting old and new customers both eastbound and westbound. With the feedback received by customers, port operation windows changing and different tonnage in the service, the StreamLines team has improved the rotation and transit time.

In short the main changes are related to:

  • 1 day earlier arrival in Europe
  • Rotation on the FWI
  • Puerto Barrios call before Puerto Cortes

For the next coming weeks please check closely when the port call is announced since we cannot change the schedule as of today for all vessels.

The first vessel to proceed as per new schedule in Central America will be mv Rickmers Malaysia (load week 23).

First vessel to proceed as per new schedule in Europe and the FWI will be mv Georgia Trader after the Rotterdam call June 2nd (loadweek 22).

The official announcement has been published for your information. Should you have any questions please contact the Seatrade Hamburg team.
